How long does carpet take to dry after steam cleaning?
Usually a few hours. Drying time depends on the carpet type, how heavily soiled it was, ventilation and the weather. Good airflow — open windows, fans or air-conditioning — speeds things up.
Can you remove every stain?
Most common stains respond very well to our pre-treatment and steam cleaning. Some older or set-in marks (such as bleach or dye damage) can be permanent — we'll always tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Do I need to move furniture?
