Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including after-hours cleaning for businesses and urgent or emergency cleans.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Always. Our team arrives with modern, professional equipment and safe, effective cleaning products. If you have allergies, pets or product preferences, just let us know.
Are your cleaners trained?
Yes. Our team are highly trained, detail-oriented professionals who use proven techniques, modern equipment and safe cleaning products.
Do you clean both homes and businesses?

How much does a clean cost?
Every property is different, so we price each job on its size, condition and the service you need. Quotes are free and obligation-free, and there are no hidden costs. Senior citizen discounts are available.
How do I get a quote?

Do you offer any discounts?
Senior citizen discounts are available. If you're interested in regular scheduled cleaning, ask us about ongoing arrangements when you request a quote.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That's up to you. Tell us what works best and we'll agree on access arrangements when you book.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let us know as early as possible by phone or email and we'll find a new time that suits you.

How long does carpet take to dry after steam cleaning?
Usually a few hours, depending on carpet type, how soiled it was, ventilation and the weather. Opening windows or running fans helps it dry faster.
Can you remove all carpet stains?
Most common stains respond very well to pre-treatment and steam cleaning. Some old or set-in marks (like bleach or dye damage) may be permanent — we'll tell you honestly before we start.
Do you offer end-of-lease cleaning?
Yes. We provide detailed end-of-lease house cleaning and carpet steam cleaning for tenants, landlords and property managers.
Do you clean medical facilities?
Yes. We clean medical clinics and allied health practices with a hygiene-first approach focused on high-touch surfaces, bathrooms and shared areas.
Do you provide NDIS and aged care cleaning?

What does post-construction cleaning include?
